MikroTik and Freeradius?

Raised in the same network with MikroTik Freeradius, configured according to this instruction. It responds successfully to requests from a Linux host radtest admin superadmin 192.168.3.218 1812 123456, but there are no requests from MikroTik in tcpdump on the machine where Freeradius is installed. Can anyone come across?

All figured out. I had the same username on Radius and MT. It turns out that's not possible. I created another user in Radius and everything started up.

Since no packets are visible in the dump, it means that there is a network problem. Ping gets through, telnet, firewall, maybe something?
