The bottom line is this - the user writes a message through an inline request, but when requested, you can not send anything. In this case, I made a conditional operator that checks requests - if they contain text, then the bot sends a message, otherwise the bot writes that there is no message. Requests with text are saved in the database and retrieved from there, they can be easily checked, but empty requests are saved only if you start writing something, which can be seen in the screenshot below.
