How can I find out where the valve.exe process is running?

I can not understand what kind of process and how to disable it. When removed from the task manager, it immediately appears Windows xp home operating system. It is not in the autoload in the folder, through msconfig it is not in the autoload either. In the services I checked there is nothing similar. I did a search in the "valve.exe" registry, but it's not mentioned there either. smart security nod32 antivirus with fresh databases is silent. How do I know which program is running it?

Download Process Explorer - technet.microsoft.com/ru-ru/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx - and see who is running whom in the process tree.
And it would be necessary to get down already with winxp.
