Is it possible to know the consumption at the Arduino output. If you connect an LED to an analog or digital output, you can find out how much this LED consumes?

No way on the forehead. If the LED is connected through a resistor, then you can use a pair of legs on which there is an ADC, connect them before and after the resistor. Knowing the voltage drop and the value of the resistor, it will be possible to programmatically calculate what current flows through it.
