How can I convert a magnet link into a clickable one?

Torrent trackers prohibit direct sharing of torrent files with friends, acquaintances, site visitors, but welcome the distribution of magnet links. How can I convert a magnet link into a clickable form ?
I did not find working services on the Internet
. services refuse to work.For example, this one does not work: magnet2torrentand this one doesn't work: magnet2torrent
I found a topic on Github , as far as I understood, with a script, but the trouble is that I'm not a programmer and I don't understand how to use this thing. There is another similar topic: Github , it is clear that you need to use python, but what and how is a mystery.
Are there kind people who are able to explain on their fingers how to run these things or maybe a working way to make a magnet link clickable?

@NeiroNx

<a href="magnet:?xt=urn:btih:3F12AD418">magnet url</a>

as with other links - the problem can only be caused by link filters that do not accept "magnet:" links
