How can I configure Windows Defender to ignore specific folder structures and/or folder names?

Actually a subject.
Suppose I want the antivirus not to check the folder structure if it looks like: Files\Games\**, Files\Windows\**, etc.
I'm on Windows 10 Creators Update.
