How can I block incoming mail in exim, except for my own domain for a certain group?

On a running Exim+dovecot mail server, you need to configure the configuration so that:
- The main group of recipients of mail messages can receive messages from the world and the local domain without restrictions
- The second group of recipients can only receive letters from the local domain and from the list of allowed senders.
For example: Letters from *@fox.com.ua, *@local.domain; *@mail.ru etc. can receive the Primary group, and the Second group can receive only from *@local.domain and, if *@fox.com.ua is in the list of allowed to receive.
Ps Now everything is working, mail is leaving and coming, but the rules (above) cannot be configured in any way.
