How many maximum virtual machines should be created on a server with the following configuration (see details)?

Good afternoon everyone!

What is the maximum number of virtual machines that should be created on the next server?
CPU : Intel Xeon, E5-1620, 4c/8t 3.6 GHz+/3.8 GHz+
RAM : 64 GB DDR3 ECC 1333MHz
Disks : 2x 2 TB SATA3
This is one of the OVH servers.

OVH sells IP without a monthly fee.

Only Google Chrome needs to be installed on the virtual machine.
How many maximum virtual machines should be installed to work without brakes.
That is, so that opening Youtube in the browser, typing a search query and pressing the Play button would run smoothly, because there will be a great many such searches.

Thanks everyone for the helpful replies.
Experts in Linux-based virtualization may consider this question as an order.

I have nothing against Windows. Very even for.
I just don't want to pay, I guess, not a lot of money for licenses.

Goal: Watch YouTube videos.

It is necessary to "catch up" with the maximum number of hours of viewing (Watch Time) for many videos.

Pieces 10 max. Then it will start to fight for the disk. And in a good way - 8.
If you change the disks to SAS - then there are 20 pieces. If on the SSD - then about 30-35.

If they do not work at the same time - more.
If at the same time - 2 gigabytes of RAM per machine at least.
