What happened was what I feared most of all - the programmer of my project lost interest in it and any changes (even for a fee) either do not want to, or simply cannot. The project is made on the Laravel framework. What do i do?

The site needs constant support, new functionality. There are funds for development, but there is no person who would responsibly approach this matter. I'm tired of asking him for any improvements. This lasts for weeks or months, although the task is for a day, maximum. Like "display an inscription to those who are authorized."

How can I get away from it and not lose my project? Can he scam me and completely delete the site? How can I become free and not depend on him? I found it freelancing. At first everything was fine, "hee-hee-ha-ha", but now what a month these "hee-hee"

Now I want to completely leave him and so that I have my project in my hands, for which I already gave him more than 300k rubles ... So that in the future he could not "close" it or something like that. And now he will understand that I'm leaving - and purely "for fun" will delete the site. And I only have backups on my hands, which I do every day (you never know, let them be).

Please, someone with experience - tell me what to do in this situation. It is more profitable for me to pay for solving problems than to sit and wait for "His Majesty" until he deigns to implement them.
