How can a web designer replace Photoshop and Illustrator?
What software (Windows) can replace Photoshop and Illustrator with a web layout designer? Still, paying for Adobe products is expensive if the tasks are only opening files, exporting elements, and other small operations.
What are the more budgetary or maybe even free options, proven? Which open EPS, PSD without any problems.
I tried Inkscape for vector graphics, but in terms of opening files, it is absolutely helpless. Even with PDF problems.

Figma, Sketch, Zeplin
Ask the designer to export files in advance, for example, to Zeplin and that's it. Everyone is comfortable.
I like Avocode the most . It also costs money, of course, but it seems to be cheaper than Photoshop, and at the same time it is much more useful and convenient when it comes to layout. And it does not require any additional plugins and other dances with a tambourine, like zeplin.
