How can a student without experience in quality assurance/control work?

Hello everybody! I would like to ask experienced testers some things and sorry if some questions seem silly.
At the moment I am studying in the 11th grade and I plan to enter a technical university at the Faculty of Information Technology. As a student, in parallel with my studies, I want to start working as a tester almost immediately after admission in order to have experience for graduation, and four questions follow from this:
1) Will I be hired if I am 17 years old?
2) Is it possible to understand qa / qc before October of this year with the help of courses?
3) Is the job very difficult in general terms?
4) If this is remote work, do you need a powerful laptop or will a relatively weak one be enough?
Thanks everyone for the replies!

The chance of finding a job right away is very low. The market is crowded with newcomers and many of them already have a technical background.
But you can try to find a free internship in a large company. Upon successful completion, there is a high chance of becoming a full-fledged employee.
I advise you to immediately start learning some kind of programming language, for example, python and learn how to write autotests.
Firstly, it will give an advantage over other applicants. Secondly, now many companies are implementing DevOps methodologies, which makes manual testing unnecessary and even harmful. In my company, for example, there are almost no vacancies left for manual testers, everywhere you need to be able to write autotests

I will voice my vision:
1. Still, from 18 it will be easier for you - purely because of the specifics of the legislation
2. It is possible, but courses are not a panacea. This is just a structured set of material + help from an experienced colleague (although there may be questions about these points) Well, the term of training depends on your organization and the time that you will allocate to this matter.
3. Work is work, it can be different - different teams, tasks, bosses. Nothing can be definitively answered here.
4. A regular laptop is more than enough, but experience with ssh and linux is desirable, you may need to connect
