Who has experience of long-term residence abroad and working remotely for a Russian company?

Good afternoon!
Interested in the experience of people who work for Russian companies and live for a long time abroad (for example, Asian countries).
At the same time, when living outside the Russian Federation for less than 183 days, tax residency is lost. Has anyone encountered this? Also, have you notified your employer that you live abroad? Since your employer, as a tax agent, pays personal income tax for you. And does the notice come to the employer from the tax? Can you tell me if anyone has experience with this.

If you do not notify, and if it is revealed (and now everything is rapidly being reduced to a single IP), then the questions will come to you in the first place, this is tax evasion, after all.
There is an option to switch to work through an individual entrepreneur, where the tax is fixed, the main thing is to draw up a contract correctly so that this is not declared a substitution of labor relations.
