Good afternoon! I need to receive a payment from a German company, they plan to transfer money from their corporate account. I roughly understood how to get money, I opened a currency account in Tinkov and gave the details. But what about the contract? Is it possible to draw up an agreement between a German organization and an individual from Russia? I also have an individual entrepreneur, can I enter myself as an individual entrepreneur in the contract? If yes, what taxes do I have to pay? Can I, as an individual entrepreneur, accept money to a foreign currency debit account?
