How can a citizen of the Russian Federation living in the EU work remotely for a Russian company?
Hello,
I live permanently now in the EU, although I am a Russian citizen. I am a tax resident in the EU. I want to get a remote job (IT) in Russia. It turns out that according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation it is impossible to hire me, since I live outside the Russian Federation. What are the design options in this case?
Thanks for the help!
