Is it possible to work as a freelancer in English. exchanges with a translator?

I work as a web-programmer on drupal English level. - reading documentation and technical specifications. My girlfriend is fluent in English. The options were:
1. work under my personal profile, and if the client wants to communicate, then I will introduce my girlfriend as a translator.
2. register on the site as a company and the girl would be as a manager.
3. work under the profile of a girl.
