How can a beginner pentester get a job remotely?

Completed many courses on information security (IS). I read books on the subject of IB. Trained at hackthebox.
I realized that the initial knowledge is enough, I began to take freelance orders for the site security audit service. But there are very few orders, and the price is ridiculous, so that at least someone would apply and have the opportunity to practice on real sites.
I would like to get a job in a company or cooperate with a person / team who specializes in this service and who has a job for a beginner to learn how to audit more professionally, and start earning at least some money, although money is not a priority yet.
The problem is that there are no companies that are ready to remotely hire a novice pentester, I have been monitoring vacancies for a long time. And there is no person who could give me orders and direct me in the right direction.
I still have web development skills, server administration, even thoughts began to appear to quit this pentest and start doing web development, there are no problems with work in this direction, but it’s a pity the time spent on studying information security, and I’m still interested in pentest.
Does anyone know if it is really possible to find a remote job for a beginner in the field of information security?

And why did you delete from some company? After all, there is Bugbounty. And there are world-class platforms like https://www.hackerone.com/ I don’t want to train. They also pay money for the vulnerabilities found. And there, with the experience gained, you can get a job somewhere, including remote work

Now it is better to get into information security by starting to participate in various CTFs and BugBounty. You will be noticed if the reputation is appropriate. Will invite already something from themselves representing. Although you can also get into small offices that are just gaining experience, you still need knowledge and skills.
