How to protect your cookies from being stolen using an IP address?

I recently came across www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOcCLXuAKM8 on Youtube with instructions on how to hijack a cookie via an IP address using a program of some kind. I didn't go into the details of this program and how it works. But from the point of view of a potential victim of hacking, I would like to ask a question. Is this method of stealing cookies real at all or is it just some kind of school hacker? And if so, how can you protect your PC and your data from this kind of hacking? Will a regular antivirus with "internet security" modules save us from such cases?

There are such hacker videos - you can watch for days.
Type the nickname of this hacker in the search engine and look at the search engine results. Get an idea of the level of knowledge and intelligence of this subject.
And don't read Soviet newspapers before dinner!
