How are projects shown in interviews?

Hello, I'm starting my career and I have a question - I'm starting to work in the web direction. I am interested in the question: the fact that I participated in some projects, how to show them at interviews, what to say about them in general?
I am most concerned about 2 questions - they will say show your project and prove that you worked on it?
Do I need to prove anything about the projects in which I participated?
And if necessary, how to prove that I took part in them?

You usually don't need to prove anything to anyone.
You only have to clearly explain what exactly you did within the framework of the project, what features and difficulties it had, what interesting solutions you applied there.
Many projects cannot even be shown because they are on the intranet or under NDA.

You can include links to the projects in which you participated in your resume, to your public code on github.
If the employer is interested, he will look.

You don't have to prove anything to anyone. A typical developer resume is a list of companies, and if you have worked on several projects in any company, then a list of projects. Under each project / company there should be a list of what you did there and what you used (libraries, technologies, frameworks, etc.)
And what does “what to say” mean? Just don't say it like that, it's worth answering questions.
p.s. Linking to Github/StackOverflow will greatly increase your chances of getting a job.
