Core Java you need to know. Everything else without experience is still not normal to master.

I agree with the previous comment: first of all, you need to know Java Core well. The rest is on the level: know what it is, why you need it, how to use it, and actually use it a little in your home projects. The rest is Spring - in principle, Core is enough, but if you do a home project in Java, there will be MVC and Data for anyone, well, Security can also be screwed on for a general understanding. SQL + JPA/Hibernate, Git, JUnti + Mockito, Web services (especially REST) and how the Web works at a basic level in general. That's all, I hope I didn't forget anything.
