How are multiple Windows home network interfaces used at the same time?

If you connect a laptop with Windows 10 Home to Wifi, and then to a usb modem, the task manager in the "Performance" tab will show that each network interface is in use. It turns out that the laptop receives data simultaneously from both wifi and usb modem. uTorrent uses two adapters at once and the overall speed is increased. In the browser, if you download 2 files, a separate adapter will be used for each file. The laptop itself is connected to the hotel wifi, the usb modem is a phone connected to the hotel wifi. It turns out two channels to the hotel wifi (limit 5 Mbps)

  1. Where is it described how it works? (These are two different IPs or not)
  2. What is the name of this technology?
  3. Is this distribution of network load across multiple network adapters performed by Windows or an application?

Two interfaces look in one network or in different?
Post the result of the ipconfig /all command here. To do this, you need to go to cmd.
