How (and why) to provide a payslip for remote work in the USA?
The employer suggested switching from freelancing to full-time remote work. I would be happy, but they are asking for this thing: Pay Stub (current salary payment bank proof for full time consideration). As far as I understand, this is something like 2ndfl help. Only bank proof. And then two questions at once - why do they need it? And where can I get it if I have all the salary I have now - in an envelope? If I try to explain to them that everything is black here, will they understand me at all, will they not stop cooperation?))

they are unlikely to stop, but you need to think about how to receive money from them without an envelope.
Pay Stub may be needed for different things - from the rate (unlikely) and third-party expenses (such as medical insurance, yeah, this is more likely) to reporting that they are paid to a non-resident ( usually still other papers for this)
