This is my first time working with a foreign client. In the realm of 3D.
The customer requested a "formal quotation" with the following information;
1. Subject of development (short TOR)
2. Price
3. Volume and format of the final product
4. Deadline
, etc.
Can anyone recommend a sample of such a document in English?

As far as I know, quote or quotation means your commercial offer. How much money you will take, how much you will do, how the work process will go, in what form you will hand over the result.
