How and where can I cash checks from LinkShare (Wells Fargo Bank)?

I received a payment in the form of a check from LinkShare, an affiliate system that works with Apple.
Check issued by: Wells Fargo Bank, NA
I live in a small town with only two banks: Sberbank and Primsotsbank. In both, not the most qualified personnel work (bank employees got acquainted with some aspects of their work only after I started receiving currency from abroad - how many days spent in queues is a separate conversation altogether).
As a result, the reaction to the check is round eyes, and explanations that they only work with American Express.
Q: Has anyone had experience cashing these checks? How to cash out? Which banks exactly cash such checks?

I cashed in PromSvyazBank. True, at first they had to be taught how to do it all. But the next time everything was fast and without problems.
