Hour of work of a 3Dmax specialist of an average level of training

Will the community tell me, or maybe (even) the specialist will respond:
How much does an hour of work of a good 3d-max specialist cost.
By a good specialist, we mean a person who is familiar with modeling (no animation is needed), who has no questions about creating surfaces with a complex profile (plane bending, bulges, etc.).
Animation and work with particles is not required.
Work only on max. Blender, Maya and so on, there are no opportunities to use it.

Usually the result of the work of specialists in this field is evaluated in the work done, and not how much time is spent on it.
The gradation of prices depends on the object of modeling - object, interior, exterior, character.
And additionally the price depends on the need for texturing, animation, work with light and particles.
To get a more complete answer, specify what you need to get in the end.
