How to choose a 3D monitor with shutter glasses (active 3D)?

Good afternoon!

A question. I want to buy a simple 3D monitor with shutter glasses (active 3D), but the information on the Internet is very contradictory.

Someone writes that any monitor with a frequency of 144 fps will do. And almost with any active glasses, it seems like if they have the right driver, they themselves are synchronized. And someone that there are no options for a working system at all, since Nvidia has closed support for 3D Vision and in general all glasses are now only compatible with 3D projectors ...

I have an Nvidia 1070 video card. I understand that I will have to roll back to driver 425.31, where else there is support for Nvidia 3D Vision. But I did not find the glasses themselves for sale. If only on Avito to take. Again, there are some different versions ...

As an option, you can buy a 3D TV, but there are no less questions. Most companies have not produced them since 2011, and it is not clear what works with what. The range of prices for glasses is also surprising - from 1 to 15 tr. Moreover, the differences are not very clear.

In general, who came across, please clarify how it really is? Or poke into some not old review ...

While the idea is to assemble a system for tests, and therefore I would like to meet 20 tr. Ideal quality is not so important. It seems like it’s quite real (a 144Hz monitor can be bought for 14), but it’s not clear what to take? ..
