How can I make an interactive 3D plan?

I need to make a large 3D plan of the building, in which I will mark the location of sockets, etc. On click, these sockets should be highlighted (or vice versa appear and disappear).
Are there any solutions for this? So far, I only see units, I googled, there are sort of options for demonstrating interiors, but I didn’t find a function in them (hiding sockets or lighting sockets)
