Hidden text in reviews - open/hide them by clicking the next/hide button?

Colleagues, good afternoon!

My task is this:
in the comments with reviews for all items - when loading the page, you need to hide the extra text (300 max character), then you need to open / hide them by clicking the next / hide button, separately by index - but here the content is loaded by ajax request on the backend, and when adding or updating content via ajax, the above initializations are not performed, please tell me how to solve this problem?

Don't solve this problem. By their nature, such reviews are as useless and stupid as possible. No stupid design decision > no messing around with code
And reviews are a hundred times better and more efficient to format, as in this tip
