I bought a tariff of 2 + 2tb, but only 2
are visible . /boot How can I connect these two, who knows? Maybe someone has come across.

/dev/md1 and /dev/md2 are software raid arrays, i.e. you have 2*2 only they are in mirror raid

You have created a RAID-1 of two disks.
If you don't care about the data, then you can do this, for example:

mdadm --fail /dev/md0 /dev/sdb
mdadm --fail /dev/md1 /dev/sdb
mdadm --remove /dev/md0 /dev/sdb
mdadm --remove /dev/md1 /dev/sdb

Then /dev/sdb will become a separate disk, and raid will consist only of the sda disk. It is impossible to put the system on only the first disk, emnip, with a regular hetzner installer.
