Hello. Please tell me, maybe someone knows a normal, really opensource helpdesk system, with the ability to add news there, or a travel log. All that were considered either paid (which the authorities cut in the bud) or there is no possibility of expansion

What does "expandable" mean? handy editor to add something? So this is a separate subsystem, it also needs to be developed :) All OSS systems are extensible - just the extension is written in the language in which it is written :) Bugzilla for example on Perl::Template (there is such a template module), Redmine - on Ruby, etc. d.
