Headphone wire modification. need help?

I once had a player, Samsung YP - 'I don't remember what' square figulina, if anyone remembers (there was also an advertisement on TV where the player turns into a guitarist and jumps on the girl's chest). So, besides all other advantages, he had wonderful headphones (not in terms of sound, but ...). There was a wonderful design in which the headphones were also a neck lace, such as this model www.tovaroteka.ru/product/84/11265_samsung_yp-s2qb.html
In case it is not visible, or the site falls, I explain:
the headphone wire is hidden (initially divided over the ears) in a fairly tight cord. From the side where the player ends with a mini-buckle on which a thin cord clings to which the player actually hangs, almost immediately above the buckle, a wire with a plug (slightly longer than the hanger) comes out of the cord. On the other hand, there is a tie on the lace (I don’t know what it’s called correctly, an adjustable piece that stops on the lace, is often used on jackets in the hood area), respectively, there is an “empty” part of the lace. Headphones on short (10-15 cm) ponytails stick out of the main lace (the sticking point is reinforced with rubber). If it’s not clear at all, I’ll try to draw a diagram of this pleasure later.
Now the subject itself: there are ears that are not very pitiful, two moderately crooked hands and a player light / small enough to be worn around the neck.
There is no understanding of how to a) strengthen the wire in the part that will bear the weight of the player. b) strengthen the places where the ears "branch" from the lace c) weave the lace where the wires will not be
There is an assumption that the "coachman's braid" will help, but there is no certainty.
In general, if someone has practical considerations, please help, at least with theory))))

1. So, we take a hollow lace (in my case, from a badge), headphones and a tool for making holes (I took a lighter, I’ll immediately say that the aesthetics are still the same with a lighter):

2. We take a lace and reconcile it around the neck, in such a way that the headphones should fit comfortably. We outline the places and make holes:

3. Dissolve the headphone wire almost to the end, leave 3-4 cm to the plug, this is the part that we will stick out and stick into the player.
image
4. We cut off the loose part and thread the cut headphone wires into the loops that we made earlier. We also measure the length from the eyelet to the earpiece itself, observe symmetry. We protect the wires, solder them observing the polarity (everything is usually there by color) and isolate.

5. We hide the soldered and insulated ends in laces and crimp / decorate with something. (You girls know better how to bring beauty)
Something like this:

Good luck!
PS: I don’t answer for punctuation and grammar, because at half past one in the night and after the wedding celebration, my brain is not clear.

There are good ears from Sony , they seem to fit your description. Well, if you basically do it yourself, then here, IMHO, you can’t do without a soldering iron. Develop a theme?
