Head Firs C# tutorial requires Windows 8? And if I have Windows 7 or Windows 10, can I follow all the examples from the book?

Started reading the book "Head first C#!"
And I see that they seem to write there that don’t worry that you don’t have vs stodio 2012 and Windows 8!
But before reading, just in case, I’ll ask a question to those who read it, I have windows 7 on my PC!
