System administration

Training for enikeyshik administrators?

For starters: I myself am just learning IT, but I already participate in competitions, olympiads, government projects and at the same time network admin at school, for friends and in the quantorium.
Now the task was to find helpers for the larger work. What is required: the ability to work with a twisted pair of RJ-45 (optics is not even trusted by me), the ability to install Adobe Flash Player on Windows 10, the ability to create users in Active Directory.
Who is there: Pretty 7th grade girls who ask me to help with homework and do their errands, 8th grade girls who flirt with me, 9th-11th grade boys and girls who are chosen by the technology teacher.
How can everyone be taught to perform system tasks?

Look for a person who is interested in PC like you. And teach him. We must first of all tell the logic and show it right away. Ie on the example of HELL - to explain why it is and why it is necessary. Then show the interface and how to do the desired task.
With the installation of a flash - in the same place 3 clicks and everything “further” ... place the installer on a network drive and let them install from there.
Over twisted pair. You sit next to me, you put a cable and a crimp in your teeth. Show me how to crimp. Slowly. How to untwist the veins, how it is more convenient to group them And so on. At the same time, you explain why to crimp in this way, and not in a row. (There is a reasonable explanation on the wiki, based on physics)
Then you bite off and ask to repeat. Time 10. For 11 times - let him make a patch cord - and connect something to the network with them.
Repeat 3-4 days. After sending to work for a "test".

Yes, there is nothing to teach there - make screenshots and print. With 10 repetitions, it will be remembered by itself.

Damn, Gleb, you're just growing before our eyes :) By the end of school you will already have experience in managing a team part of the task?

a twisted pair

What is this game? I know twisted pair (from the verb "twist"), and "twisted" from the adjective "sluggish" or "holy"?
optics do not trust even me
