HDD is not displayed in the UEFI BIOS boot priority, how to solve the problem?

I know that this question has already been asked, but in my case everything is a little different. This computer has a long history, I can only say that before everything worked fine and I already reinstalled the system on it. I changed the hdd on it and after that it stopped showing up in the boot priority. But at the same time, the PC sees it, and it is displayed in the list of connected "sata" devices. And the main problem is that the installation flash drive is also not displayed in the boot priority (that is, it is empty). I also already installed the system on this PC from the same flash drive. Please advise how to solve this problem.

UEFI does not display any devices, UEFI scans them for suitable EFI bootloaders and displays the found bootloaders there. If you need to boot from a device in the legacy MBR mode (from sector zero), then you need to enable CSM mode and reboot.
