Have you lost several ratings on Google Play in a short period of time?

In the morning I looked into the console to check the statistics of my application and saw 183 ratings there. Literally 2-3 hours later, the number fell to 176. The most interesting thing is that the number of ratings for two similar applications (one topic) fell by about the same 6-8 units. Are these some Google Play glitches or is there a simpler explanation?
On the subject: on the day of the release of the new version of the Google Play app and the minor update of the developer console, the number of active installs (and users) also dropped sharply and fell for 3-4 days, although on all these days the difference between installs / uninstalls per day was positive. Also Google glitches?

Yes, it happens from time to time. Usually the ratings disappear just before the play store updates.

I once lost one. I figured it was the result of good users clicking the "Review is useless" and "Spam" buttons on comments, because it was really absurd.
