What to do if the 15 Gb limit for mail in GoogleApps is coming to an end?

Hello dear community.
I ran into a situation that I can't think of a way to solve.
There are 50 free accounts within your domain spinning on Google services. On some accounts, the kindly provided space, in the amount of 15Gb, is coming to an end.
In connection with the above, a question arises. How "beautifully" and free of charge to solve this issue? How to give each user the opportunity to work with the archive of his correspondence, but at the same time, "offload" google to 15 Gb?
* I understand that the question as a whole is not ethical, from which I feel an unpleasant feeling.

Force users to clean up their archives. In most cases, 15 GB is easily cleaned up by deleting 100-200 letters with large attachments, which most likely can simply be saved to a local computer.
You can use an email client, the same Outlook, in which you can configure imap to google and in parallel - a local folder for the archive.

What audacity. Exceed the limit - pay for the extension.

Start a second box from the first to set up forwarding. Or send unimportant "archival" letters from the first to the second. I have already scored 2 boxes from Yandex))

Tried to buy 100GB google disk for account? Disk space is given not only for the disk, but also for mail. It's common with Google.
You can also clean up large letters, find letters more than 10MB through the search - size:10485760
