How to complain to Google about the abundance of ads on the page?

Actually, how can you complain to Google about a site that uses too many ads, thereby limiting the ability to view content?
I remember, when I was still doing SEO, that Google promised to fight sites that push in several blocks, as a result of which the content is simply not visible on the primary screen (the very top of the page, without scrolling down). Well, in the search, such sites are ranked lower, but in Google. News, previously convenient resources are now "littered" with advertising.

Check your browser for viruses (yes, there are some)
Check your system for viruses.
Check your browser and update it.
I basically looked at what was happening on the site and you won’t believe it, you just have a messed up layout.
In fact, there are only 2 ad blocks on the page in the header and the right column + advertising background on the start page. There are no more ads.
