Is there a simple library to work with google calendar?

Hello masters. Do you know if there is a library to add entries to google calendar, to view existing entries. I would be very grateful for tips. I've been digging around in Google's api all day, nothing can be done.
They have an official library, but I can't get it to run properly. And I didn’t find a good example on the Internet of how to interact with the Google calendar (
UPD. I found a video on how it was implemented. But I couldn’t download Zend Gdata (I don’t know where to download it, and I don’t have the skills to work with a composer)
