HashTab vs VirusTotal - VirusTotal win?

In general, I decided to check this wonderful program on VirusTotal - and one antivirus found a virus. The virus is called Win.Adware.Outbrowse-1168 . Who knows how serious it is, is it worth being afraid? And what is the reason for detecting viruses in known programs by unknown antiviruses?

There is only one reason for detecting viruses in clean files - false positives. An unknown vendor may have a lot of them.
