Why does Google Adwords swear at malicious links or software?

Hello!
Google Adwords has blocked all ads because it swears at malicious links. In tech support they said which links.
On the site, when viewing the code through "Ctrl + Shift + I", I see these links, but they are visible for a couple of seconds, then disappear, then they are visible again, as if blinking.
I went through FTP to index.html, these links are not visible there.
What could it be and how can it be solved? As far as I understand it is implemented through JS?
