I had to cut down the new Ubuntu 18.10 by holding the button. It is installed in the 5th partition of the disk, hasn't the data of Windows, which is installed in 3, been harmed?

If at the time of shutdown there was a record on the corresponding partition, then theoretically some data could be lost.
Accordingly, when you turn it off, you should pay attention to the disk activity indicator.
At work, we are faced with data loss during power outages.
In general, I would suggest that most likely everything is in order, especially if the OS is now loading normally.
If you wish, you can additionally test the disk with R.tester .

sfc /scannow or dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth with administrator rights in Windows will tell and show everything. Of course, if Windows starts up :) By the way, have the backups been canceled yet?
