Has the Yandex indexing algorithm changed?

Explain the phenomenon of this site, or rather the page.
A couple of years ago there was a hysteria about changing the site indexing algorithm in Yandex. Allegedly, many sites collapsed from the first positions, while others, who could not even dream of it, suddenly rose above themselves, like that character of Gaidai. And all because of the fact that external links are no longer taken into account, an excess of keywords in the text, etc.
The link above is a page of my friend's site. This site has not been maintained for at least 2 years. Then a friend decided to restore it, transferred it to WordPress, added this page. I stuffed it with keywords, without worrying about the information content, originality of the text, or ease of reading. Now this site is on the first page of Yandex for the query "Dagestan stone". It's been a little over a month since the restoration.

The phenomenon can only be that in a month in the top - really very quickly, but I have met a situation many times when sites are ranked very well for the first time, and then sag. So things can still change.
And so, there is no phenomenon. Search engines rank how they want, and SDOs with bad positions, as well as Gs with good ones, are not uncommon.

Try looking in incognito mode. And even better through the issuance monitoring service. Looks like you've been clicked on issuance. I don't see this page in the search results before the top 50.
