Hello. There is a region in which there is one mega-popular bulletin board and a couple of three less popular ones, one way or another copying the first one (the design is licked). There was a desire to create my own bulletin board, because there is a belief that I can make a solution that is more interesting in terms of design and functionality, which in theory can arouse people's interest due to its dissimilarity to existing solutions. Actually, the question / questions: I created this board, all beautiful, cool. And empty. How to start promoting this board? How to attract traffic without paying money for it (or at least paying not very big money)? How normal (and useful or harmful?) would it be to fill the board with real ads from other boards so that the search engines also return my site? Or maybe something else? I would be grateful for any degree of complexity educational program, recommendations, advice. Thank you.

1. Fill the board with content from other resources (search engines treat duplicates badly, but this is better than an empty site).

For starters, you can try to promote a VKontakte group with thematic ads (for example, for moms) in order to occupy a certain niche, or an application for phones, again with a chosen theme. The group and the application will allow you not to lose those who joined, with the site if there is no money, nothing will come of it - it must be constantly heard so that people use it, and without massive and long advertising you will not achieve this.
