The customer used to have another developer who also did SEO. At the same time, the site was on the HTTP protocol. Now there is a need to transfer the site to HTTPS, but there is no access to the old Yandex.Webmaster in order to create a mirror to a new resource with https with the same domain name.
What should be done right? Re-create a confirmation of rights to http, and then create a new relocation resource to https, or can you specify https at once and this will not harm the site in any way?
