Has ceased to show the actual charging of the macbook on Mojave 10.14?

After the update, the charge indicator stopped working correctly. It costs 100% and does not change, the system monitor displays up-to-date information.
And now the indicator is at 3%, but in fact 49%

You can try to completely discharge the MacBook and charge from 0 to 100% with the system completely turned off, so perhaps all the controllers will return to normal and the system will correctly perceive the data of each power controller.
And the second option is a clean installation of macOS from a USB flash drive ( manual , the disk with the system must be completely formatted), it is likely that some system modules got crooked during the update. MacOS Mojave is basically problematic when you first migrate from High Sierra.
