Has anyone purchased an Adobe Student and Educator Assistance Program subscription?
Decided to become a legal user of the Adobe product package. I went to their website and saw a rather enticing offer: students in educational institutions receive a 60% discount on the first year of subscription. Being just a student, I see it logical not to pay 18,000 rubles a year for the “Full Set” package, but to purchase the same package (at least as it is written) for a ridiculous 7188 rubles for the first year or 599 rubles per month.
Actually, the question is:
a) Is it possible to obtain such privileges for a Russian citizen studying at a Russian (albeit not in the capital) institute? More specifically, a student of VSU (Voronezh State University), full-time department. In theory, according to the requirements, everything fits, the documents from the list, theoretically, can also be obtained at this very institute. The question, more precisely, is whether there will be any obstacles (your experience) on the part of Adobe, and it may be better to immediately take some additional documents / references from the institute, in addition to those specified in the Adobe list, or somehow specially them arrange (translations, etc...)?
b) Does Adobe use any kind of identity verification/verification schemes (that I personally send my documents, and not some uncle who finished 9th grade and the corridor did not borrow my documents to get a discount on my behalf)?
c) How long will it take to check the documents/response to my request, ie. how long will it take from my application to Adobe with all the attached documents until I get access to distributions of non-trial versions of the programs I'm interested in?
Question 2: Does the "Complete Suite" listed really include full, unrestricted versions of applications from the Creative Cloud suite (most importantly: Photoshop, Illustrator, Muse, Edge Animate, InDesign, Audition, AfterEffects).
Thank you in advance for your answer, and for sharing your experience, dear companions.

I can say from my own experience. You just register, write information about yourself and the university (name, city and something else), pay. After the payment has passed, within 15 minutes you get access to all the declared programs without restrictions. No documents were asked.
I can assist in obtaining All Apps from Adobe for 6999 per year or 999 per month. Activation to your mail. Subscription corporate for working groups.
UPD: This option is no longer available.
