Has anyone had experience with Hewlett packard support?

Hello.

Recently, my frisky HP 630 began to behave depressingly.
In production mode, there are no problems - IDEs work faster than the wind, compilation in seconds and stuff like that. But then it happened to come out Diablo 3 and I decided that there are no obstacles for the laptop to cope with the game. Moreover, the characteristics allow you to set everything to max, except for the shadows.
So, the laptop is cleaned, the thermal paste is replaced and everything seems to be fine, but from time to time I observe GPU overheating. Usually, when playing, the temperature is 100-107 degrees, and when it gets higher, the laptop either freezes or simply cuts down, trying to save itself. The average temperature for the GPU in the “code / watch movies” mode is 53 degrees.
There are wonderful solutions on Stackoverflow (the most wonderful thing is to make a hole in the bottom), but they don’t suit me, the laptop is a worker and I often have to carry it around.

Well, questions.
1. How can I submit it to the SC if I don’t have other computers now, but I need to work?
2. Can you say something about the work of the HP SC in St. Petersburg?
3. How likely is a cooling pad to help me?

PS: Today is a holiday and HP technical support is silent, although the site says that they are working. The support phone simply interrupts the call after a minute of monotonous mumbling by the robot.

like everyone else, you will first get to the level with the girl ... she will listen to you, tell you the application number and switch to another level, where you tell this application number ... You will be dragged along on standard questions (ala Windows Help) And

The card driver on the AMD website is an online installer, it did not start on any laptop either. I always install from here , never had a problem. This, of course, is unlikely to help with overheating - most likely, the cooler is skewed.

1. The power of modern laptops is impressive, but at the same time, most laptops have poor cooling systems, so you can’t play on them, i.e. it is impossible to use their full power for a long time. Service engineers talk about it.
2. A cooling pad usually mitigates the heat situation considerably.
3. I didn’t have a chance to communicate with the support service on the laptop, but on the servers, yes, I’m from Ukraine, ours refused to talk about anything, they sent it to the European English-speaking support, I don’t know how you have it in Russia.

1. update bios, check its settings
2. rearrange the OS and download all security and driver updates from the site
3. carefully and thoughtfully go through the Windows power plan - I recently weaned my HP from buzzing with a cooler and warming up when not needed.
4. find software for a stress test.
5. contact the SC. I don’t know how it is in St. Petersburg, but in Kyiv there are several authorized HP SCs, my personal one has been there, and a lot of clerical ones and the level of quality was adequate. See the rating of local SCs, find out where to give, where not.
