What kind of text animation is used on capitolcouture.pn?
There is such a site: Capitol Couture (capitolcouture.pn). This is a fan site about fashion in the Hunger Games franchise. The main page uses a very interesting animation that appears when you hover over the name of the design solution (Ignis Glace, at the moment; other similar animations can be viewed by clicking Issue Two or Issue One). Can anyone dig into the html/css/js output and tell me how they do it? It is clear that this is Canvas, but how exactly ?! I think not only I will be interested to know about this effect.

Well, everything just turned out to be lucky for you. They wrote their own framework for rendering these things. I didn't find it on the net where you can download it, so we take it directly from the site. Copy all files from the http://static.capitolcouture.pn/theatrical/v16/ folder. There, in principle, everything is clear, but if it is difficult. I don’t know for whom they did it, but there is a small example of using this framework. Here is an example of using their framework. It is located, as we can see, in the same folder that I said you need to download.
