Large Russian funds are also interested in investing in projects in Kazakhstan.
Try contacting Runa Capital, Almaz Capital, Altair Capital. If the first person answers that Kazakhstan is not interesting - demand a pitch for the head of the company. They are actively expanding the list of investment projects in the CIS and, in general, around the world.
