How to find a team to implement a startup?
There is a good idea (ideas) for startups, the market has been studied a little, there is an understanding (in theory so far) of how everything is done and should be. But I'm not a programmer myself. Is it possible and how to assemble a team to implement a startup? Because without this, you can simply forget about investors and VC, and indeed about the project itself. There are no acquaintances in real life, on the Internet it is not clear what to motivate people for. In general, these are the problems, I don’t want the ideas to be thrown into the wastebasket or subsequently implemented by someone else.
PS You can get a prototype for $500 and people who will write it, but do a working draft...

The #1 problem with freelancing is that people are too narrowly specialized, besides programming people still have to somehow delve into the sales funnel, market differentiation, understand how to scale products, motivate people, scale a solution, be aware of common organizational anti-patterns and resolve various cognitive distortions and compensatory processes in the development of requirements and direct implementation of the product. Although investments are "Plan I", but attracting them in such conditions is quite simple.
Few understand the difference between a startup and a small business; if you generate and explore new markets - honor and praise to you, if this is the "next product" of an already existing market - this is a small business.
The easiest way to motivate people is through their own self-realization.
Now there are a lot of problems in development and there are no normal tools that meet the current market requirements. But for the majority of "mere mortals" and "fanatics" this point of view is simply inaccessible. You can easily arrange a couple of OpenSource projects, gather a community, and develop your own products based on the same community. Thus, 98% of amateurs are eliminated and you can guarantee the creation of a truly innovative and competitive product.
Send me a message on skype - maybe I'll tell you something interesting.
I collaborated with quite successful startups (Uber), but most of the projects were deliberately failed at the stage of developing requirements, I know a lot of examples of "what not to do".
I don't know what motivates people
No budget - do it yourself until the result is of interest to others.
There is a budget - hire people.
As an option. Learn to code and make your own. Watch at least the beginning of this video - there is a detailed answer.
Try to find like-minded people at hackathons, etc. events. In more or less large cities, something happens periodically. Where are you from?
Already ahead of the hackathons. Another idea - StartUp Weekends are held in many cities, where you can not only present your project to investors, but also find like-minded people. Try it!
