Has anyone experienced this "Your Elance account is expired"?

Literally yesterday I registered on this exchange, conscientiously completed the work, passed verification, received a well-deserved 200 USD, but because required to wait 3 days the money was frozen. An hour ago I decided to go look at the orders and was pleasantly surprised by the inscription "Your Elance account is expired." The question is, are there legal opportunities for the Russian Federation to return the money and could I fall under sanctions;) ?

If you did not commit international crimes and did not violate the resolutions of the UN Security Council, then no, you could not fall under sanctions. Contact elance support. Most likely the problem is in your account or your verification of your identity.
